Linsey is a singer, pianist, violinist, and violist based in the Cincinnati area. After graduating from the Indiana University’s Jacobs School of music with her degree in Music Theory and viola, her jobs have ranged from classical orchestra musician, studio musician, arranger, music director, band member, pit musician, actor, book seller, and so many things in between.

She currently works as an entertainer musician for Disney Cruise Lines, and while shoreside she plays for local venues, events, and parties. She most often performs solo or with her duo Jellico.

Due to the varied nature of her freelance lifestyle, a friend dubbed her a “wandering minstrel.” She liked the title, and began referring to herself as “The Wandering Linstrel” because who doesn’t like a little bit of wordplay?

Recently she has been exploring songwriting and has begun work on her first album. Check back for updates!

Her style tends towards folk-rock and musical theater, but she’s always exploring a variety of genres.
